Awesome
Abs - Your stomach is the hardest part of your body to get in
shape. Start seeing results in no time by taking this class twice a
week. You will spend a full half hour working every inch of your
stomach. Watch you “waist” away and start building those rock hard
abs.

Body Blast - This class
incorporates kickboxing techniques, core movements and various body
conditioning exercises. The class is finished off with an abdominal
routine for a full body workout.

Bootcamp - This is an intense cardio/toning workout that will strengthen and
condition your entire body. This class combines muscle conditioning
with very little rests in-between. Train hard and earn that

Buns, Hips and Thighs
- This workout targets every muscle of the lower body focusing on the
gluts, hips and thighs as well as all the muscles of the core.the

Cardio Kickboxing - This may be a no contact class but it is all fighting. You
will learn a variety of combinations and do a lot of kicking. Not only
is this a great cardio workout but it is fun. Get that hour of cardio
in without the same old treadmill routine.

Circuit Insanity
- Are you ready for the INSANITY?! This high intensity, full body
circuit workout features multiple stations that stress both
cardiovascular AND muscular endurance. No two classes are ever the
same! Stations will vary from week to week to keep the insanity fresh
and exciting! This one hour class is a perfect way to get an
effective, well rounded workout. Think you have what it takes to

Express
Spinning - Taking all of the benefits of an hour spinning class only
getting it done in half the time. This class is great if you have
limited time to workout only get ready to sweat it is a little more
intense.

Full Body Intro
- A 60 minute full body workout conducted on a level that’s
perfect for the person who’s just getting started! Classes are ideal
for improving cardiovascular endurance, building strength and muscle,
while at the same time educating you on the basic fundamentals
essential to an effective workout. Such techniques such as proper
form, breathing and stretching will be emphasized.

Pilates - This class is an ideal form of exercise for people who, because of
joint pain or muscle weakness, may shy away from exercise. Pilates
exercises strengthen the core and the muscles of the lower abdomen,
which protect the lower back. Pilates improves circulation and eases
tension in your muscles.

Rugged Bootcamp - The focus is functional strength development, muscle
density & endurance. A variety of resistance modalities such as: free
weights, elastic tubing, body bars and your own body weight will be

Spinning - This is awesome for burning fat;
using stationary bikes to simulate riding on outside terrain. This
class is geared for all fitness levels and depending on what you put
into it you can burn over 500 calories per class. With a mix of up
hill riding, sprinting intervals and core movements, you are destined
for an incredible workout.

Yoga for Everyone - This class is great for beginners and those more advanced
students. Our instructors will assist you with a progressive series of
poses resulting in increased energy and calmness of the mind. It will

Zumba -
A Zumba workout
mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from cumbia,
merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip hop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and
calypso. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a
combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the
